Shipping Policy

Estimated seven (7) to ten (10) working days within East Malaysia. For West Malaysia areas, it could take few days more for goods to arrive your address. We do not guarantee the time of delivery as it is entirely depends on the courier service we used.

We do not ship any engine oil products and car/motorbike batteries to West Malaysia areas. However, you may still purchase the said products by contacting us beforehand for special arrangement.

Product(s) or package(s) to be sold under the participation of our authorized dealers in East Malaysia will not be available in West Malaysia.

Refund Policy

The goods must be returned together with the receipt. The goods and its packaging should be in the original condition as received initially. If the goods have been used or damaged by the customer, the refund request will be rejected. The shipment fee of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

Customers will receive their refund within three (3) days after we have checked and approved refund request.

Cancellation Policy

Customer may cancel your order without any charge within 48 hours (i.e. 2 days) after order placement, given that the order status is not "Shipped" yet.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should the customer find out the goods is not suitable, he or she can request for return and exchange with following conditions: (1) The goods must be returned together with the receipt. (2) The shipment fee of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. (3) In case the price of the item(s) has increased or different product is selected for swapping, the customer will need to top up the difference in price.

The swapped item(s) will be shipped out with complimentary postage fee.
