Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It usually calculated based on weight, sizes and shipping distance.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. All orders must be paid online with a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Online Banking.

Which courier do you use? 

  • BMOB uses Lalamove & City Link but not all couriers are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • We process most order within 3 business day, and delivery typically takes 3-5 days within the West Malaysia and 2 weeks within East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Orders are not processed on Sunday or holidays.  
  • Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, 
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Will I get a tracking number?

  • An email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info will be sent once your order is shipped. If you do not receive one, please reach us at Contact Us page.

Can I still change or cancel my order? 

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach us at Contact Us page before 7.30pm. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

What if my order does not arrive?

  • We deliver to the address provided. If an incorrect address provided or the customer refuses to pay duties. BMOB is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs of re-shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

  • After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
  • You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

In-Store Pickup

  • You can skip the shipping fees and waiting time with free local pickupat our physical store. When placing your order, select “Local Pick Up” at checkout, and your order will be ready to pick up within 3 days of process.
  • We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions. You can pick up your order anytime between 9.30 am till 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.

If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bubblesmotorsportonlinebitz@gmail.com with your name, phone number and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Damages 

  • If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bubblesmotorsportonlinebitz@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

Returns

  • We really hope you love every item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
  • To start the return process for your order, please contact us by mention your issues and give us your phone number, order number and email address. Any late submission of items or tracking number will not be entertained.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Are there any charges for return?
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

Exchanges (Defective / Faulty Items)

This is mightily embarrassing and we will have them all covered. We are very sorry and will make it up to you in any possible ways! Please drop us an email with the following details:

  • Order ID (#XXXX)
  • The matter of the issue (defective/faulty)
  • Pictures or videos, whichever applicable
  • Opt for Full Refund / Exchange with same value item (s). Please provide your banking details to ease the refund processes.
  • Item is in original condition with box and wrap
  • Item not damaged, incomplete or used
  • Item(s) purchased from online can be exchanged with ONLINE and also through our shop ; Bubbles Motorsport, Jalan Usahawan 5, Setapak.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed it might take a maximum of 14 working days.
  • Customer will be entitled for a full refund in the event of:
    • The customer received a parcel with a missing item(s), faulty item(s).
    • Item (s) ordered is out of stock.
    • Item (s) requested to be exchanged is Out of Stock.
  • Please note that the refund process will take a maximum of 14 working days.


Order Status Meaning

Processing means we’ve received your order and are in the process of filling it.

  • Shipped means we’ve filled this portion of your order. It’s on the delivery truck and will be delivered soon.
  • Item(s) Not Available means this portion of your order was not filled. A Customer Service Representative from BMOB will be contacting you with more details.
  • Cancelled means the order was cancelled either by you (the customer) or by Staples. A Customer Service Representative from Staples will be contacting you with more details
  • Shipping from Store means your order is being filled and shipped from a local Staples retail store in your geographic area.
  • Attempted Delivery means this is where a driver tried to deliver your item but was unable to because either: no-one was home. the front door was not easily accessible
  • Arrived Sorting Hub means order has arrived at Sorting Hub and has been processed successfully. On Vehicle for Delivery - Order is on van, en-route to delivery. Completed - Delivery has been successfully completed. Pending Reschedule - Delivery has failed and the Order is pending re-schedule.
